In the event that for any reason you wish to cancel your subscription to the Municipal Company under the name "AEGEAN GROUP URBAN NON-PROFIT COMPANY", which has taken place either through a deposit to the bank account of "AEGEAN GROUP AMKE", or by using a credit card /debit card, the following apply:

Cancellation must take place within 78 hours of the date of deposit/credit (in any form) of your subscription.

For this reason, you should send an email to the following address: [email protected], with the subject: SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION REQUEST, where the full details of the depositor will be indicated (name, VAT number, address, contact phone number, email), the deposit receipt will be attached and the bank account to which the amount to be refunded will be credited will be stated. Written notification via email is the only way to cancel. Any costs and charges for the refund of the amount will be borne exclusively by the person requesting the refund.

The "AEGEAN AMKE GROUP" is obliged, provided the above is observed, to complete the refund of the amount within one (1) month from the sending of the written notification of the applicant via email.

"AEGEAN AMKE GROUP" reserves the right to adjust the terms of cancellation agreements in accordance with current conditions and without prior warning.
